By using the services of AquaElement Pacifica Pool Services, you agree to these terms. We provide pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to residential customers in Pacifica, CA and surrounding areas. These terms outline what you can expect from us and what we need from you to deliver the best service possible.
We offer various pool services including weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter maintenance, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and inspection services. Each service is clearly described when you book, and we will explain exactly what is included before we start any work.
Service details, pricing, and schedules are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust our service offerings and pricing with reasonable notice to you.
When you schedule a service, you agree to provide us with safe and reasonable access to your pool area. For weekly services, we may access your property when you are not home. You are responsible for ensuring gates are unlocked on service days or providing us with a gate code or key.
If we cannot access your pool due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstacles, we will attempt to contact you. Repeated access issues may result in service cancellation.
Payment is due at the time of service or according to your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. For weekly service plans, we will bill you monthly on the date specified in your agreement.
Late payments may result in service suspension. If your account is past due for more than 15 days, we may pause services until payment is received. Additional charges may apply for resumed services after suspension.
You may cancel one-time services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
For weekly service agreements, you may cancel at any time with 7 days written notice. We do not provide refunds for services already completed, but we will not charge you for future services after your cancellation date.
AquaElement Pacifica Pool Services carries general liability insurance to protect both you and our team. We take great care when working on your property, but accidents can happen. Our insurance covers damage caused by our negligence during normal service operations.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control. We will inform you of any issues we discover during service, but we cannot be held liable for problems that existed before we began working on your pool.
We use professional-grade equipment and pool chemicals as part of our service. Chemical treatments are included in your service fee and are applied according to industry standards and your pool's specific needs.
Major repairs or equipment replacements require separate authorization and payment. We will always get your approval before performing any work beyond routine maintenance.
You are responsible for maintaining safe access to your pool, keeping pets secured during service visits, and promptly reporting any concerns about our service. You should also inform us of any changes to your pool equipment or recent repairs done by others.
Between our visits, please keep your pool area reasonably clear of furniture, toys, and other items that might prevent us from doing our job effectively.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as unusual weather, excessive debris, or equipment failures not related to our service.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
